Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management
-At least three years working experience in hotel industry setting holding the same capacity
-Profound experience in customer service
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Computer and financial knowledge
-Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
This position is responsible for maximizing customer delight and the overall profitability of the hotel by assisting in the implementation of revenue-generating activities in accordance with the Marketing Plan by negotiating group business and coordinating the execution of initiatives hand in hand with other departments.
