F&B Manager

This position is responsible for the overall administration and operation of the Food and Beverage division including the maximization of profits; enhancement of customers’ satisfaction through the establishment of quality standards and maintenance of high employee morale.

Job Description: 

This position is also responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and quality goals for the Division by developing and executing marketing strategies, controlling costs, and providing quality products to customers.

Qualifications: 

Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar capacity
Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management
Outgoing and people oriented
Motivator and Team Builder
With computer and financial knowledge
