Wine and Dine at the Ridge
Wine & Dine at the Ridge is a special 3-course set dinner with a complimentary bottle of wine from 6:00pm to 10:00pm daily. For PhP1,100 per person, the menu for October includes:
Salad: Lumpiang Ubod with Peanut Sauce on Organic Tagaytay Greens
Entrée (Surf and Turf): Chicken Inasal topped with Atchara and Guinataang Sugpo sa Aligue with Kalabasa at Sitaw served with Kiri-Kiri Rice
Dessert: Avocado Cheesecake
One bottle of House Red or White Wine
